Publication Archive Mansholt Graduate School of Social Sciences

One of the predecessors of WASS, Mansholt Graduate School of Social Sciences, had a number of publication series:

Mansholt Working Papers (2001-2010) and Wageningen Economic Papers (1996-2000)

Mansholt Working Papers is an online pre-publication series for MGS members, without the author(s) losing copyright. The series serves as a medium through which researchers can communicate their first scientific results in an early stage of research, stimulating discussion and comments. The quick selection procedure does not include a long reviewing process with several revision rounds. Examples of working papers that are suited for the series are faculty working papers and papers presented at conferences.
Mansholt Working Papers is the successor of Wageningen Economic Papers (1996-2000).
All papers are available in pdf-format. If you're not able to open the paper, please download Acrobat Reader.

Mansholt Lectures (1999-2010)
Some well-known scientists, operating within the area covered by Mansholt Graduate School and also gifted speakers, presented a Mansholt Lecture.
Mansholt Studies (1995-2002)

Mansholt Studies is a series of research reports of high scientific quality, written by members of MGS. Both applied and fundamental research within MGS are reported on. Mansholt Studies are aimed at an international audience of scientists, PhD and MSc students, policy makers and skilled practitioners. The series fulfills a complementary role vis à vis other modes of publishing, e.g. the refereed scientific journals.
The MG3S Publication Committee functions as editorial board and set up a list of criteria used to assess the suitability of research reports. All reports are refereed by the editorial board and external referees.
Mansholt Studies 22 and 23 are available electronically (no charge) and as hard copy (at LEI). Hard copies of Mansholt Studies 1 to 21 can be ordered at the WASS Office.
