The quality of the research school is monitored with regular peer reviews and (re-)accreditation by the Royal Netherlands Academy of Arts and Sciences (KNAW), in accordance with the Standard Evaluation Protocol for Dutch universities. The latest peer review and request for re-accreditation were carried out in 2009, before WASS was founded. Therefore the current information is based on Mansholt Graduate School of Social Sciences, one of the predecessors of WASS.
